Return Eligibility  

To qualify for a return:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via customer support  
  • Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected  

How to Initiate a Return  

Submit Your Request:  

  • Email your return request along with the Order ID and reason for return to urbanloopstoreinfo@gmail.com 

Provide Evidence:  

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to expedite processing  

Follow Instructions:  

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed steps to complete the process  

Note: Returns that do not comply with these guidelines may be declined at our discretion  

Refund Process & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility  
  • You will receive notification if your refund is approved or denied  
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  
  • A confirmation email is sent after the refund is successfully processed  

Partial Refunds  

If a returned product only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.   

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
